House Rules
- Photo ID of all guests is mandatory during check-in. Any government issued ID with clear photograph and address will be accepted. (Eg: passport, driving license, aadhaar card, voter ID, etc). PAN card will not be accepted.
- Number of guests (including child) should be as per booking voucher. In case of mismatch, extra persons would be chargeable (if allowed in room type) or required to avail of extra room/s subject to availability.
- Visitors to guests are not allowed in to the room without prior notification and in no case are allowed to stay in the room.
- Staff availability – 08:00 am to 07:00 pm only. In case of any emergency beyond this timing please contact reception or the guest house number on your voucher
- Power back-up in rooms (in case of electricity failure): Only one light and fan will function.
- Hot water: solar heating. During monsoons due to cloudy weather hot water may not be available. During winter months hot water may not be available at early mornings (before sunrise) and late evenings (after sunset).
- Room cleaning done once daily only in presence of guests during staff availability. In case room is to be cleaned in your absence please notify reception / staff
- Linen change schedule:
1 to 3 nights stay – no change
4 nights stay – change on 3rd day
5 nights or more – change on every 4th day
- Linen damage (due to tattoos, food stains, tear, cigarette burns etc) will be chargeable
Bedsheet: Rs.1200
Duvets/blankets: Rs.1500
- Limited free parking at your own risk.
- We reserve the right to cancel/deny a booking with no refund whatsoever if guest indulges in fraudulent or inappropriate activities.
- Loss of room key will be charged Rs.1000
